Embrace Balance, Embrace Imperfection

Enso Pilates is a Classical Pilates studio rooted in the original Pilates method. Inspired by the Japanese concept of Enso — a symbol of wholeness, balance, and the beauty of imperfection — Enso Pilates helps you create balance in both body and mind, cultivating strength, flexibility, and harmony.

We believe Pilates is not about perfection, but progress. At Enso Pilates, we invite you to embrace the process, find your flow, and honor the beauty of your unique path to well-being.

Searching for the ideal workout, she stumbled upon Classical Pilates - an extraordinary exercise regimen that not only cultivated her strength, but also alleviated her persistent pain and stiffness. Renee was certified through the Real Pilates Teacher Training Program, and continues to train with the renowned instructors such as Blossom Leilani Crawford. Empowered by her passion for Pilates, Renee transitioned from finance to bring Classical Pilates to her beloved Brooklyn community. Here, she has trained celebrities, supported maternity journeys, facilitated injury recoveries, and more, enriching lives through the power of Pilates.
  • Kylee Sherbert
Kylee is a movement educator and freelance artist who returned to Pilates after a series of dance injuries left her feeling disconnected from her body. As her injuries and spirit began to heal and transform, Kylee knew that sharing the magic of Pilates with others would become an integral part of her life. Kylee joins us from Maryland with a Comprehensive Instructor Certification through Peak Pilates. She loves the Classical Pilates method for the hope that it instills in its practitioners to continue the journey of self-awareness and find empowerment through movement, and strives to reciprocate that experience to everyone she teaches.
  • Keykey Gu
Keykey came to Pilates to complement her weekly chiropractic treatment and alleviate lower back pain. Having experienced the magic of the method in her own body, Keykey truly believes that incorporating Classical Pilates into your workout routine might be the most effective and long-term solution for rehabilitation and muscle strengthening. Her approach to teaching is largely influenced by her experience in Financial Services and the Hospitality Industry. Expect a warm greeting and a focus on body alignment and precision for each movement during her sessions. She aims to challenge her clients and guide them to achieve the best version of themselves physically and mentally through the Classical method.
